Not all models are made with intricate detail and realism. However, all models produced at Gemmiti Model Art are made to serve a purpose. In this case, the owner needed to able to visualize and study the shape of the house and the adjoining driveway access. There is something simple and sweet about this little study model. We had to include it as an example of how we proudly work the other end of the complexity and detail spectrum. It is purpose that gives this and any other model its value.
