It is an exciting day in a model maker’s life when they are commissioned to build a model to the highest degree of detail, realism, and artistry possible. Built during the early days of our company in 2000, this model and its Hedgpeth companion gave us the opportunity to fully engage in the art of model making. The two models of DeSilva Court inspired us to trademark the term Model Art™, thereby establishing the Gemmiti Model Art brand. Their excellence is attributed to the technical design abilities, skilled craftsmanship, and masterful command of the art of model making of our master model makers. It is they who have contributed to the model making profession and set the standard for Model Art™.
