This model of CREATE (Campus for Research Excellence And Technological Enterprise) was designed by Perkins + Will to be a scientific research center, located at the National University of Singapore’s new seven acre University Town campus. CREATE’s design will pioneer the tropical use of advanced environmental and energy-saving technologies. It was also the site of the first Youth Olympics held in Singapore in 2010.
